    We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Director to join our team Our Marketing/Sales Director will serve our Heritage Woods of Manteno & Heritage Woods of Watseka Communities

    Responsibilities:
    • Leads the Community marketing and sales program,implementing creative and effective strategies to achieve optimal residentoccupancy
    • Forms and fosters relationships with localcommunity professionals to maximize referral sources and opportunities forcollaboration
    • Participates in the pre-screening and move-inprocess, facilitating a seamless transition for residents and their families
    • Promotes a positive social media presencethrough creative and compelling content, emphasizing our mission and corevalues of love, compassion, and dignity
    • Oversees a range of marketing channels,including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methodsto engage residents, employees, and stakeholders
    • Delivers exceptional and tailored tours forprospective residents and family members, offering a warm and memorableexperience that reflects our commitment to compassion and high-quality care
    • Implements follow-up strategies to nurturerelationships and promptly address any inquiries or concerns
    • Manages the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) tool to effectively maintain leads, track follow-up activities, andoptimize sales and marketing efforts
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 3+ years previous sales, marketing, or communityoutreach required
    • Previous experience in Assisted/Supportive Livingpreferred
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and makedata-driven decisions
