POSITION SUMMARY:

The Leasing Consultant plays a key role as the main contact for potential and current residents. They conduct property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. A successful candidate will have a customer-centric approach, organizational skills, and a drive for excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently market the community through various channels to meet occupancy targets
• Manage time effectively to promote the community, generate leads, and handle administrative duties
• Ensure units are clean and ready for new residents
• Execute leases following property standards
• Handle financial transactions accurately
• Document interactions and requests
• Monitor community facilities' usage
• Work hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm (rotating if occupancy is below 95%)
• Additional assigned tasks

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven customer service and sales skills
• Demonstrated sales success
• Effective time management
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Professional demeanor
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of Property Management experience preferred
• Being a DRUG FREE WORKPLACE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, travel, and drive
• Regular sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and light lifting
• Usage of hands and arms for writing and typing
• Ability to prepare paperwork and show apartments
