    The HR Intern will assist the Corporate HR department in various tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. This summer internship is an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

    • Residing in Orlando Florida; Willing to commute to our Corporate office located in Downtown Orlando.
    • You have a strong interest in a career in HR and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.

    National Internship Program:

    What You'll Do:
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing HR files and records.
    • Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings as well as taking minutes during the meetings.
    • Help with the onboarding process for new employees, which may include preparing paperwork, orientation materials, and scheduling orientation sessions.
    • Support in ensuring HR compliance with laws and regulations, and prepare reports as needed.
    • Assist in handling employee inquiries, resolving basic HR issues, and maintaining employee records.
    • Aid with various HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
    What You'll Need:
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree from a University in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices is a plus but not always required.
