    We are looking for a motivated individual who will actively participate in developing and supporting the Supply Planning & Inventory Division within the Supply Chain Department

    The Role:

    The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability and timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer demand. This position works closely with various departments, including production, logistics, demand planning and customer success.

    Requirements:

    Primary daily responsibilities:
    • Analyze, prioritize & manage supply and product life cycles for all assigned categories
    • Proactively identify supply risk and / or production capacity constraints and offer solutions to the business
    • Plan production and purchases, ensures on-time replenishment of stock and manage inventory levels in different warehouses, execute inventory targets to support demand forecast and service level targets
    • Proactively communicate supply risks and offer solutions to Customer Success team and upper management
    • Interface with various functional areas, such as manufacturing, Inventory, quality, sales and Marketing to resolve any supply, quality or logistic problems associated with stock
    • Document processes and information flows involved in reporting activities, analyses and decision making
    • Participate in and contribute towards, process improvement initiatives and company goals
    • Validate data accuracy and with IT reporting team to maximize system use and efficiency and participate in system upgrade efforts
    • Collaborate with operations leadership on supply chain strategy and assure system resources are in place to support deployment within KPI targets
    • Monitors and updates safety stock policies, targets, calculations, and ABC segmentation guidelines.

    • Happy and Smiley
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply planning
    • Rich knowledge of MRP and supply planning
    • Advanced planning technology, decision-support tools, and advanced planning performance metrics
    • Problem Solving: excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer
    • Experience in improving business processes via continuous improvement process review and incorporation of technology.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.), especially Excel, must be mid to high level.
    • Experience with ERP system. APS, Sage X3 is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to problem solve and rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Multi-tasker and independent thinker
    • Fluent English, written and oral. French is a plus.
