- Circulating for various surgical procedures
- Facilitating communication between surgical team members and individuals outside the operating room
- Maintaining a sterile environment throughout the surgical process
- Performing and documenting sponge, sharps, and instrument counts as necessary
- Completing intra-operative procedure documentation
- Advocating for patients during their time in the operating room
- Assisting with room turnover and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Current RN license in Virginia; BSN preferred
- 1-2 years of operating room nursing experience, scrubbing experience a bonus
- CPR Certification mandatory; ACLS certification within 6 months of employment
