- Proactively identify and contact qualified candidates for open positions
- Spend time making connections with, and advocating on behalf of, your travelers.
- Occasionally be available during evenings and weekends to provide excellent customer service to your travelers.
- Effectively works and communicates with internal departments during the hiring and onboarding process of candidates
- Match travelers to existing job opportunities.
- Make up to 50 Outbound calls a day
