Job Title: Software Engineer (Aerospace)


Location: Long Beach, CA


Duration: 12 Months


Pay Rate: $75/hr - $95/hr


Job Description: Join our partner as a Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for aerospace software systems. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to create a digital environment tailored to interface with US C-17 customers, incorporating systems engineering models. You'll also integrate software components into a fully functional system, develop verification plans, and execute test procedures to ensure requirements are met. Your expertise in software project and supplier management will ensure conformance to industry standards.


Required Skills:

• 3 years of ASP.NET application development
• 3 years of C# development
• 3 years of experience interpreting software requirement specifications
• 1 years of MVC architecture development
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD DevOps environment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Active or past security clearance, demonstrating eligibility to work on sensitive aerospace and defense projects.
• Previous military experience, providing firsthand knowledge of aerospace operations and requirements.
• Experience working with industry leaders such as Boeing, Airbus, Collins Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, Raytheon, Honeywell, Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, ULA, NASA, or similar organizations, indicating familiarity with industry standards, processes, and best practices.

Pay Details: $69.16 to $86.74 per hour
