    Job Description

    This position supports two hospital locations HR Manager (Dual Location) On-Site. The Primary location is in Hemet and the secondary location is in Menifee.

    This position is responsible for managing the company's HR compliance, HR processes and policies, Recruiting, HRIS and Compensation Administration programs.

    Key Areas Of Responsibility

    Compensation:

    Administer the company's compensation process, including creating job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, and administering performance evaluation and pay administration policies.

    Partnering with the Chief Compliance Officer to educate management on appropriate job classifications, salary ranges, promotions and adjustments and other compensation-related challenges.

    Conduct regular compensation benchmarking surveys and assessments to ensure competitiveness.


    HRIS:

    Manage the HR Information System (ADP Workforce Now) and processes driven by HR technology such as benefits, performance evaluation system, onboarding, staffing and recruitment, learning, and compensation.

    Ensure all employee data is accurate, and that key reports are delivered to management and regulatory agencies.

    Employee Relations:

    Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.


    Talent Acquisition:

    Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; build out ADP ATS; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.


    Learning & Development:
    Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

    Compliance:

    Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

    Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    Required Education and Experience
    Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in HR or related field
    Minimum of five plus (3+) years' experience in Human Resource Management.
    Healthcare Experience is highly desired.
    CCP, CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
