- Leads a team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload among employees, arranging for team member training while monitoring and reporting on the status and progress of work.
- Serves as an expert advisor on subjects of inspection systems, test monitoring and surveillance.
- Develops and maintains operating procedures and assures that all test procedures and associated quality control records are maintained in accordance with the approved methods.
- Monitors and performs a wide variety of complex, integrated aerospace vehicle and propulsion systems, subsystems, experiments, and component assembly and test activities and affiliated configuration and quality control requirements/procedures.
- Assures successful close out of all quality assurance controlling documentation associated with tests and facility preparation and modification.

You will serve as the Quality Assurance Team Lead in the Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the execution of hardware requirements and procedures, overseeing audits, surveillance, correction and improvement of both mature and developing activities/processes, and monitoring quality-critical processes to ensure compliance with project requirements and acceptance standards.
