As Solution Architect, you will understand and transition functional concepts into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics suite and be comfortable discussing related aspects and features of Azure and Office365.

This position combines a strong focus on consulting abilities with an equally important emphasis on client facing interpersonal skills. To achieve success, our consultants demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and lead team efforts and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.

Essential Functions:

· Lead business process analysis and providing clear and creative solutions.

· Lead functional consulting teams through project lifecycle.

· Ensure expertly designed system architecture.

Maintain expertise in functional side of D365 F&SCM software, releases, and new features, and underlying technical architecture

Skills & Competencies

· 8 – 10 years' experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations

· Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 FO/AX projects is required.

· Solid Microsoft platform Software or IT experience, minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment preferred.

· Extensive experience as a functional lead for either an AX or D365 F&O solution

· Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process.
