    Event Coordinator/Brand Ambassador **Primary Location**

    : United States-Washington-Seattle-Elysian Fields (pub) **Job Description**

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for planning and executing events at various locations around Seattle. This person will be communicating with vendors and internal team members from all departments to schedule and carry out activations. The job can get dirty and requires standing on your feet for sometimes extended periods of time, but if you enjoy engaging with the public and talking about beer, then send us your resume.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Represent Elysian Brewing Company at special events and other activation activities.

    Maintaining relationships with vendors

    Perform all duties associated with event execution, including planning, set-up/tear-down, supply runs, beer pouring, etc.

    Support with sampling initiatives, and other Sales activations.

    Engage with the public, presenting Elysian Brewing Company beers and discussing in detail with guests.

    Will be working at various sites including the admin. office, brewery location, pubs, and in the field.

    **Job Qualifications**

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Must be age 21 or older.

    High school Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Experience serving beer preferred.

    Experience working and coordinating promotional events preferred.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Must have reliable transportation as well as comfortability driving large sprinter van/company vehicles preferred.

    Must be able to bend and twist, sit and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.

    Must be willing to work outdoor events during hot, cold, or otherwise adverse weather conditions.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for beer.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to bring a high level of energy to events.

    Availability on weekends and evenings required.
