Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide dedicated assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client policies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Claim Processing: Assist clients with filing and tracking insurance claims, guiding them through each step of the process.
Documentation: Prepare and process policy documents, endorsements, and other necessary paperwork according to established procedures.
Customer Education: Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License required.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions.
