Job DescriptionDescription:Black Prong Bar and Grill is an upscale fine dining restaurant specializing in premium steaks and fresh seafood. Black Prong Bar & Grill is a high end Steak & seafood restaurant that offers an elegant and inviting atmosphere, where guests can enjoy exceptional cuisine & service.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals at Black Prong Bar and Grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. Bar or mixology experience is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the front of house team in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Oversee all aspects of the dining room and bar operation, including guest reception, reservation management, and service execution.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the guest experience and maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues in a proactive and professional manner.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for front of house supplies, including bar ingredients and equipment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge in hospitality, service standards, and mixology techniques.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.

• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
