    MHS hires married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to serve approximately 813 students. They reside on-campus and provide care, guidance, supervision, support for a structured family-like environment fostering academic emotional social development.

    • Daily supervision mentorship managing household routines student schedules administering medications ensuring student wellness driving students activities planning engaging developmental recreational activities leading daily devotions accompanying Sunday Chapel overseeing budgeting reporting.
    • Flex Houseparents follow a schedule nine consecutive days on duty three days off weekdays houseparents have unscheduled time while students school Flex eventually transition Placed role living working same group of students own student home.
    1. Salary: $44,768.00 per person approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple free housing meals duty utilities more;Comprehensive benefits medical dental vision insurance health savings flexible spending accounts life disability retirement options relocation assistance paid training provided Paid time year Qualifications include experience working youth two-person role legally married at least two years both spouses age older no dependent children may reside smoke-free weapon-free campus alcohol permitted drive certified MHS staff models MSH successful career choice that requires commitment student success both spouses complete individual employment applications.
