    What You'll Do:
    • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture customer connections, ensuring they feel valued and supported, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
    • Educate Customers: Implement a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance options tailored to their unique circumstances.
    • Drive Growth: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate products and services that best meet those needs.
