Assisted Living Manager - Leahy Grove Independent & Assisted Living - Full-Time ABCM Corporation - Rehabilitation Center of Hampton and Leahy Grove Independent & Assisted Living )

Hampton, IA $20.00 to $21.50 per hour Summary Under the direction of the Administrator:

Plans, develops, organizes, directs, and evaluates the services offered and provided to tenants Coordinates the preventative and restorative maintenance and upkeep of the independent and assisted living apartments, grounds, offices, and common areas (incl. equipment, appliances, furnishings, lawn care, etc.) Monitors, evaluates, and develops action plans based on tenant satisfaction, occupancy, and financial goals Supervises, directs, and coordinates team members who share responsibilities between the care center and the assisted living Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and completion of post-secondary level course(s) in business and/or marketing Assisted Living Manager certification preferred, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human relations, marketing, business, or another work-related field Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional preferred (e.g. CNA, CMA, LPN, RN, ARNP) Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, general office skills, and basic computer skills Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Additional Information Job Type:
Full-TimeSchedule: Days, Flexible SchedulingWage Range*: $20.00/hr-$21.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
