• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business
• Champion programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx
• Lead the team by modeling and coaching, maintaining high standards in patient service
• Organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services
• Develop and follow up on Long Term Care (LTC) business, catering to nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide clinical pharmacy services

• Immunization Certified
• CPR Certification
• PharmD or MTM Certified

• Pharmacy license in ND or ability to obtain one without federal sanctions
• PharmD or MTM Certification (provide completion certificate from an approved ACPE program)
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
