- Identify target onboard turbine aircraft owners requiring full services maintenance oversight cost control charter revenue generation when owner not using for owner usage grow Aery's managed fleet focus turbojet aligning with charters capabilities build long-term profitable owner relationships focused retention expansion Position Part 135 charters value-enhancing tool for aircraft owners work charter dispatch operations maximize utilization protecting availability ensure operations align with expectations goals preserving chartered coordination brokers financiers inspectors facilitating transactions leverage activity feed airplanes programs Aircraft support buy sell decisions including transitioning different types assisting seeking ownership coordinating centers leasing banks attorneys serve senior brand ambassador events forums develop comprehensive strategy aligned company goals target markets dynamics selling managing midsize large cabin turbojets familiarity FAA regulatory environments excellent negotiation presentation communication skills demonstrated ability building trust-based client relations
