As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our construction endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
