Job summary
The Assistant Director-Builders Program will help with the advancement of the mission and purpose of the Clifton Strengths Institute. The Assistant Director will serve as the primary academic advisor for students in the Clifton Builders program.This position will serve as the primary instructor for the BSAD 76: Clifton Builders Practicum Experience course, and will coach this cohort of graduating students throughout the semester.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, flexibility, strong communication skills, and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
