JANITOR
We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.
Tareas
Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
Realizar y documentar las actividades de mantenimiento e inspección de rutina.
Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales.
Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones.
Almacenar y mantener los suministros
Cooperar con el resto del personal
Seguir las normas de salud y seguridad.
Essential Duties
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOS

Minimum Requirements
Willingness to learn

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – preferred
