    Security Analyst Senior - Integration Management

    Location:
    This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office one to two days per week).

    Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Indianapolis, IN, Mason, OH, Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA or Washington, D.C.

    The

    Security Analyst Senior - Integration Management


    is responsible for managing the delivery of information and network security systems and/or technology services by applying project management skills to lead integration projects to onboard subsidiaries into the Elevance Health Information Security Program to include project management methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.


    How you will make an impact:

    Lead strategic discussions to facilitate planning of integration activities, identify and remediate risks and issues, drive decisions, and track integration activity progress.

    Facilitate cross-functional discussions to address security remediations, mitigate risks/issues, and escalate to leadership as appropriate.


    Compile and analyze technical and project related information to provide adequate and concise reporting on integration health to include status on the project, risks/issues, and potential options for complex issues.

    Provide trouble resolution on complex problems and lead implementations for system and network security technologies.

    Develop testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.

    Coordinate and prepare the reporting of data security events and incidents.

    Provide system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies.

    Lead lights on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.

    Determine and perform complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements.


    Minimum Requirements:


    Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge to perform such work.


    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
    Project management and technical certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional, Agile/Scrum Practitioner and/or Systems Security Certified Practitioner) strongly preferred.

    Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and oversee multiple projects strongly preferred.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders strongly preferred.

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a timely manner strongly preferred.

    Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices strongly preferred.

    Proven skills in managing stakeholders' expectations and building strong relationships preferred.

    Experience in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies preferred.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements preferred.

    Proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative environment preferred.
