    What will you do?

    Dallas is a new and growing office for Third Bridge. It's a great time to join the People Operations team as our new HR Business Partner to support the business with a People-First approach and help us achieve our ambitious targets.No two days are the same, as you undertake a range of HR functions partnering with employees across our Dallas and LA sites.Being a visible HR presence, you'll establish strong relationships with local managers and business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support business goals and objectives.

    Alongside the wider team of BPs and with the support of HR Generalists, you'll make sure each key moment of the employee journey is supported: recruitment and onboarding, development and talent management, performance reviews and employee relations cases, and offboarding processes.Using HR data you'll analyse metrics such as employee turnover rates, time to hire and use this to compile recommendations.Providing guidance to managersto ensure our compliance with state employment laws across Texas and California, you'll be a go-to for all employees for all HR matters.

    Dallas is a scaling office, so you'll work with business leaders to develop and deliver a comprehensive talent strategy to support this growth, including succession planning and raise the calibre of talent we recruit.You'll make your mark on projects and initiatives to embed the Third Bridge culture: delivering enhancements for a better employee experience, and creating an environment of employee engagement.

    Qualifications

    What will you bring?

    Bringing experience of HR Generalist or Business Partner roles, you understand the many aspects of this position. You enjoy the variety of tasks an HRBP does each day, being both proactive: forming working relationships and advising on people strategy, and reactive: responding to questions and issues that your employees have.Your commercial experience combined with your people-first approach allows you to balance business needs and objectives with the human needs of its employees.

    With knowledge of US employment law, perhaps multi-state experience too, you are a confident mentor to business leaders.You interpret data and analyse trends, connecting the dots to give insight at times of ambiguity.By closely partnering with business areas, you understand the as-is situation and are able to influence strategy and future actions, whilst holding managers accountable for performance metrics and delivery.You offer guidance in sensitive areas of employee relations cases and performance management.

    A collaborator, you find energy in working with internal team members across the wider HR functions and the business areas you support. You're now looking for a role that you can step up to partner with a growing office, nurture the culture of a newly formed team, and navigate the changes and ambiguity that come with a scaling global brand.
