- Deep knowledge of WWW technology: HTTP/HTTP2, TCP/IP, CDN architedcdtures, OSI level 3-6
- Experience in web page development and performance analysis: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Core Web Vitals, WebPageTest, PageSpeed, etc.
- Experience in backend development: OpenAPI, Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, NodeJs.
- Experience in data analytics using Python, Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter, Matplotlb
- Willingness to do pure analytic work as opposed to always having some well-defined coding task
- A mindset focused on understanding complex problems, evaluating multiple solutions, and making informed technical decisions
- Clear and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to listen to others and share nuanced ideas and feedback
