    Minimum Education Graduate of a Program for Surgical Technology -or- candidate must have had 2 years experience as a Surgical Technologist prior to the requirement of Surgical Technologist Diploma Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision


    Certifications:

    Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days Minimum Work Experience A minimum of one-year hospital experience as an Operating Room Technician with a service orientation and the ability to understand and react effectively to the surgical needs for all patient populations.
