    Description

    Position Description:


    • Customer & Dealer Advisory Board Meetings/Event Planning & Coordination
    • Board Coordinator of the Fleet Advisory Board (FAB)
    • Leadership & completion of the monthly performance metric reporting cycle.
    • Management of operation's internal control/ corporate compliance to GIM program with annual MCRP completion.
    • Coordination & Administration of organization's Fleet Demonstration Vehicle Program
    • Plan, coordinate presentation completion & facilitation of organization's monthly business review meeting.
    • Support the administration of the operation's group NA Commercial & Government Sales budget line items.
    • Lea d completion of necessary POs & invoice reconciliation.
    • Serve as a central point of contact in organization's initiatives.
    • Management & maintenance of organization's central organization chart, distribution list generator, & milestone anniversary file. System Interfaces
    • Access & user knowledge in the following systems: Salesforce, Ariba, FMS, CVMS, CONCEPS
    • SharePoint site development, administration & permissions management.
    • EDMS book administration and document publication and retention.
    • Excel Spreadsheet (to include: Power Query, Pivot Analysis/ Charting/ Macros)
    • Power Point, Word, PDF Edit, Outlook, Webex
    • Salesforce report configuration and export

    Experience Required:


    • Customer facing meeting/ event planning to include logistics: Location/ Food & BEV
    • GIM / GIS
    • Access & user knowledge in the following systems: Salesforce, Ariba, FMS, CVMS, CONCEPS
    • SharePoint site development, administration & permissions management.
    • EDMS book administration and document publication and retention.
    • Excel Spreadsheet (to include: Power Query, Pivot Analysis/ Charting/ Macros)
