Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical aspects of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all maintenance services, including scheduling and performing preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor operating expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate apartment turns, including resident move-outs and renovations.
• Manage inventory and storage areas, purchasing necessary materials and supplies.
• Communicate with Property Managers on capital improvements and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate contracted services, solicit bids, and track invoices for timely payment.
