    APP Lead, Tellica Imaging (Radiology)

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead to join Tellica Imaging in our new facility in Nashua, New Hampshire.

    As an APP Lead at Tellica Imaging, you will work closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic services in the field of medical imaging.

    Your expertise will contribute to accurate and timely diagnoses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, protect patient health and safety, and provide world-class customer service.

    In addition to clinical work, this position will be the primary leader of the clinical site overseeing personnel and facilities management.

    Full time and fully benefits-eligible, the APP's shifts will be scheduled during regular facility hours.

    Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to perform and interpret various imaging procedures, which may include (but are not limited to):
    radiographs, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), arthrograms ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine studies.

    Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans based on imaging findings, collaborating with the referring healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

    This will result in the APP Lead serving as a concierge provider.
    Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions, and addressing any concerns or questions. Provide care if a contrast reaction is observed.
    Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and providing necessary instructions for pre- and post-procedure care.

    Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters, imaging results, and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.

    Engage and support relevant accreditation activities with Tellica Imaging management.
    Help with credentialing and contracting with insurance companies and providers if applicable.
    This may include working with the Clinical Imaging Specialist/Technologist, Chief Medical Officer, and other key personnel.
    Provide networking and marketing assistance for Tellica Imaging to attract new business opportunities.

    This may include (but are not limited to): hosting tours, going on site visits, handing out marketing materials, attending conferences/functions, calling provider offices, etc.

    Perform supervisor duties of onsite and front-line caregivers including (but not limited to): staffing, scheduling, coaching, timecard management, corrective actions, recruiting, etc.

    Ensure proper upkeep of physical facilities and equipment. Coordinate facilities and equipment maintenance and repairs. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance (PMs) for the CT, MRI, chillers, injectors, iSTATs, etc.
    Partner with local and Utah-based Facilites Maintenance and IT Support teams to schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
    Maintain local licensure and RadSite accreditation requirements. This includes business licenses, annual physics testing, and all other regulatory requirements.
    Adhere to quality assurance protocols, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of radiological procedures and equipment.
    Train other staff in areas of clinical expertise.

    Stay abreast of current trends in healthcare practice and participate in continuing medical education to ensure optimal clinical knowledge and effective patient care skill.

    May participate in research and utilize evidence-based practice to promote quality patient care, protocol development, care process model development, and best practice standards for assigned patient population.

    BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

    Specialization or experience in medical imaging, such as radiology or nuclear medicine.
    X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, arthrograms, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine studies.
    Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to imaging.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
    Experience managing a care team with demonstrated supervisory skills.
