Overview
We are seeking a select group of high-performing professionals to enter our Agency Leader Development Program. This role is designed for individuals with a proven sales background, strong financial discipline, and the ambition to build and scale a high-income operation backed by one of the most respected brands in the insurance industry.
This is not a traditional W-2 sales role. It is an opportunity for driven professionals who want autonomy, long-term income growth, and the ability to build something meaningful—with the infrastructure, training, and brand power of Farmers Insurance behind them.

- Become a trusted advisor within your local community
