Mental Health Professional for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.
This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift position.This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor Associate.

The Social Worker MSW or Professional Counseling Associate practices within an inpatient psychiatry unit dedicated to serving youth ages 5-17.
The position will collaborate with other disciplines in the formation of treatment plans and patient assessments while supporting the unity in providing evidence-based and trauma informed care in small groups and individually.
Under supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and standards; complete and implement plans designed to promote patient safety; incorporate evidenced-based approaches to psychotherapy.
The position requires experience with acute mental healthcare and experience in providing psychoeducational & skills-based groups. Experience with children/adolescents and knowledge of Collaborative Problem Solving is preferred.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work
Within 60 days of hire:
Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.
