    We are actively searching for a proficient, experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role presents a thrilling chance to work within an accelerated, technologically advanced environment situated in the heart of Wilburton, Oklahoma.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and execute quality standards and benchmarks within the organization.
    • Undertake regular audits and scrutinize production processes to uphold quality.

    • Collaborate with the production team to implement robust quality control programs.
    • Guarantee compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
    Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 20 years of relevant experience in Machine Shops; Turned Product; and Screw, Nut, and Bolt Manufacturing, metal working.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality testing tools.
    • Strong communication abilities and team management skills.
    • Demonstrated success in enhancing quality and efficiency within a manufacturing setting.
