    JOB TITLE: HOUSE MANAGER
    DEPARTMENT: COMMUNITY SUPPORTS RESIDENTIAL
    WAGE CATEGORY: HOURLY / NON-EXEMPT
    REPORTS TO: PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates house operations, ensuring compliance with regulations. Orientate and train new staff. Coordinate activities and schedule appointments. Maintain record keeping. Lead daily activities with staff.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    • Lead and coordinate staff activities
    • Maintain safety and operating compliance
    • Record keeping

    Requirements:

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Working telephone
    • Physically able to complete required training
    • Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
    • Availability to work any shift
    • Previous direct care experience
    • First Aid/CPR Training
    • Compliance with Workplace Policy
    • Willingness to work based on client needs
    • Follow Individual Plan (IP) of clients

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 9 months experience with developmental disabilities
    • Previous leadership experience

    JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES:

    • Effective communication
    • Understanding of challenges faced by individuals with disabilities
    • Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of current policies
    • Leadership skills
