    Systems are predictable, assistants are supportive, and the environment is intentionally designed to reduce chaos and burnout so you can focus on excellent patient care.

    The practice is also equipped with modern technology, including CBCT and Primescan scanners, as well as digital workflows, to support high-quality outcomes.

    This role is built for longevity. The practice is already fee-for-service dominant, financially healthy, and positioned for continued growth.

    For the right associate, there is a clearly defined path to ownership—starting with a buy-in opportunity at 2–3 years and full ownership at 10 years.

    This opportunity is not for someone looking for a short-term role or a stepping stone.
