    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist with price sheets/memos/product development.
    • Coordinate with Product Development on vendor samples.
    • Assist in shipping samples to vendors.
    • Conduct comprehensive physical asset inventorying.
    • Update, document, and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Contribute and assist with merchandising guidelines.
    • Runs reports according to assigned schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Assists buyer in weekly transfer requisitions to direct stores.
    • Prepares recap reports for the Buyers related to sales, gross profit and inventory results.
    • Works closely with the Buyers on data entry support, SKU uploads and system maintenance and updates.
    • Maintains inventory data as assigned.
    • Evaluate and enter purchase orders as instructed by the buyers and prepares them for approval.
    • Follow up on purchase orders, back orders, return authorizations, return credits, mis-ships from suppliers, etc.
    • Assist buyer in new/old product sales to determine the continuation and or life cycle of product lines.
    • As necessary and when assigned, tracks vendor orders to ensure the timely delivery of product to the distribution center.
    • Maintains strong communication and professional relationships with various organization levels including the Distribution Center staff.

    Onsite position with Mon-Fri schedule.
