    SUMMARY:Provide ongoing support of our Epicor ERP system. We are currently on version , planning an upgrade to the current version soon. We are a multi-site/multi-company environment. The Epicor Technical Support Analyst will support current environment, upgrade process, as well as the additional implementations. This is a remote position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist in support of Epicor system administration tasksLiaison with Epicor support and/or implementation partnerTriage and support end-user Epicor requests and incidentsAssist in the development of customizations, report, dashboards, and BPMs to support needs of the organization.Build Epicor reports through queries, dashboards or SSRS reportsProvide training and support to Epicor end-users for a range of modules in a manufacturing environment.Document and test all software modifications.Receive Epicor Development training and mentorship from Development TeamSome travel may be required.EDUCATION and/or

    EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in Computer Systems Engineering or other related area, also minimum of 1-year experience of Epicor tech support and 2 years of technical support.Knowledge of Epicor table structures and data usage.Basic application knowledge of Epicor as it relates to business processes and administration.Ability to quickly develop detailed understanding of the business' operations to ensure solutions are consistent with business needs.Must have the ability to communicate with company employees on their varying technical or nontechnical level of system understanding.

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: English Required. Databases administration knowledge. Intermediate Programming knowledge. Networking configuration knowledge. Hardware and software maintenance knowledge. Intermediate Programming knowledge.Additional desired skills for the position:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Utilize complex computer operations (intermediate programming in 3rd and 4th generation languages, relational databases, and operating systems) and advanced features of software packages (word-processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.)
