    The General Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting customers, estimators, sales staff, and employees of the branch with all facets of their projects. Communication is paramount in sharing pertinent data and information with the salesmen, contractors, engineers, and architects on a daily basis. The General Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting customers, estimators, sales staff, and employees of the branch with all facets of their projects. Communication is paramount in sharing pertinent data and information with the salesmen, contractors, engineers, and architects on a daily basis. He/She will be expected to continue developing and implementing processes to grow the Branch by working closely with Senior Management.

    Primary Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:


    • Provide answers to questions and inquiries from the sales force, contractors and architects concerning the products, approvals, competitive information, and roofing techniques and such.


    • When required, assist and work with Estimating Department on any requirements necessary to support the processes between Sales, Estimating and Production.


    • Required to interpret construction drawings and guide personnel through any changes that may have been made to those construction drawings.


    • Work with customers and internal staff to establish accurate estimates for complex projects and solutions, which includes making site visits and generating estimates.


    • Assist our Purchasing Department with the creation of the Purchase Orders and ensuring their accuracy prior to those orders being placed with suppliers and/or our vendors and developing delivery schedules.


    • Assist the Sales force by making sales calls to potential clients, working on developing proposals, and analyzing arising issues on existing projects and determining appropriate solutions.


    • Develop branch staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning

    accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; and providing educational and growth opportunities.
