If you are an experiencedbilingual (English and Spanish) commercial property manager with solid operational skills or a property operations manager that is accustomed to working closely with tenants, overseeing fit-ups, buildouts, construction projects, etc., this may be a nice fit.

The ideal commercial property manager / property operations manager will be hands-on, able to guide vendors and contractors and work closely with tenants to understand their needs and priorities and to respond expeditiously. The position reports to a company principal and this commercial property manager / property operations manager position is one of trust, requiring integrity and solid operational and organizational skills.

In addition, the commercial property manager / property operations manager, must be technically adept and have solid computer skills, financial acumen, have worked with budgets, and understands bottom line responsibility.

This is an opportunity for a good multi-tasker who enjoys an operational focus and extending high level customer service. Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
