We are seeking a Payroll Administrator You will be responsible for the effective management and processing of all live payroll accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of payroll information for 190 different companies
• Process payroll checks, either check or direct deposit
• Remit direct deposit information and submit payroll tax payments
• Review payroll setup for accuracy
• Process and mail quarterly payroll tax returns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience processing payroll
• Knowledge of payroll requirements
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
