    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Assist users to resolve computer-related issues efficiently through active listening techniques.
    2. Perform basic printer troubleshooting for network devices such as Windows 10 computers.
    • A minimum of two years experience supporting Windows-based computers, including Microsoft Office Applications and Remote Access technology like Citrix.
