    Job Summary


    Are you passionate about leveraging technology to improve food security and uplift rural communities? CABI is seeking a dedicated individual to join our IT Department and support projects within our PlantwisePlus programme.


    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate IT development teams working in a Scrum environment across different regions.
    Assist in planning and executing Scrum activities and events.
    Manage project documentation, budgets, and timelines.
    Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

    Personal Profile:
    We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with existing experience in IT project work.

    Strong communication and budgetary skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex requirements and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


    Education & Qualifications:
    Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a science-based field.
    3+ years of project experience in a digital environment.
    Proficiency in Agile project management tools and methodologies.
    Familiarity with databases, web platforms, XML, and workflow management.
