    Requirements

    California Pharmacy Technician License

    or

    Intern Pharmacist License

    1+ year pharmacy technician experience
    IV compounding experience (hazardous & non-hazardous)
    EPIC experience (required)
    Must pass

    PATT testing

    Preferred:
    CPhT
    Inpatient, compounding, or home infusion experience

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare

    IV sterile compounds

    (hazardous & non-hazardous)
    Support outpatient medication dispensing
    Maintain inventory, stock automation, & resolve automation errors
    Perform aseptic technique, chemo preparation, drug labeling, and NDC verification
    Use

    Epic

    for order entry and verification
    Ensure regulatory compliance and safe handling of high-alert medications
    Assist in inpatient/acute care and compounding workflows
