    Your Responsibilities:

    You will receive service calls from our Service Resource Center, including brief descriptions of equipment/system malfunctions. You will contact customer representatives and ascertain equipment/system problems. Your responsibilities will include performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.

    How You Will Achieve This:

    • You will follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices, and bulletins to diagnose and repair equipment.
    • You will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
    • You will demonstrate a high level of customer service, with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
    • You must have the ability to work alone.

    What We Look For:

    Required Skills:

    • 7-10 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements
    • Overnight travel may be required
    • Maintaining truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs
    • Adhering to, implementing, and following safety guidelines and procedures at all times
    • Possessing a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
    • Following verbal and written instructions
    • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
    • Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
    • Must be able to follow, read, and understand all safety requirements of the company and the customer

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • NICET Level II certification is a plus
    • Backflow certification is a plus
