- Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, and directing store associates

- Administer financial matters including collection and disbursement of funds, payroll, etc.
- Interact with customers while directing inside and outside sales team
- Communicate directly with customers; maintains key customer relationships
- Assist with ensuring adequate inventory levels are being maintained
- Assist with physical inventories
- Minimum of one to two years of related work experience
- Minimum of one year team lead or management experience
- Heavy duty industry knowledge/experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to operate power industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)
