    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other data analysis tools
    Responsibilities

    This role is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of health data
    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvements in data quality
    Quality Data Analyst will work across the organization to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to address these areas, and oversee the execution of these strategies
    Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of health data
    Collaborate with various teams to identify data quality issues and develop strategies to address these issues
    Oversee the execution of data quality strategies to ensure they are effectively addressing identified issues
    Monitor and report on the status of data quality initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
    Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to ensure data systems and tools are designed and functioning to support data quality
    Lead and manage a team of data quality analysts, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
    Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data quality management and incorporate these into the organization's data quality strategy
