- Primary/Front line individual for the Oaks Mt. Holly Food Pantry including storage and distribution of food;
- Ensure that physical placement meets Oaks' safety standards.
- Maintain food pantry database;
- Communicate with Oaks consumers and staff by providing quality customer service;
- Provide support and work with food pantry volunteers;
- Meet and greet donors dropping off donations;
- Process in-kind donations (food, clothing, household items, etc.) including washing and cleaning of items;
- Support the Development Dept. Campaign events and activities
- Support as needed at the Berlin and future pantries;
- Opening and closing of the food pantry;
- Assist in maintaining pantry inventory (stocking & packing)

- High school diploma required;
- 1-2 years community relations or administrative experience; experience with hunger-relief, anti-poverty, or mental health programs a plus; experience with donors and/or volunteers a plus; ability to work collaboratively; superior customer service skills;
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
