What you'll get to do:
Civil engineering design and project management of commercial, municipal, industrial, and residential projects including studies, preliminary and final design, permitting, and construction oversightPoint person of contact to clientsManagement and mentorship of project teamDefine and understand scope of work, and direct and supervise the project teamPrepare proposals and manage projects, including budgets and schedulesWhat will make you successful:Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringMichigan Civil Engineering PE license preferred3-7+ years of related experience desiredExperience with the study, planning, design, and project management of commercial, municipal, industrial, and residential projects desiredCivil construction administration experience (RFI's, shop drawing review, and attendance at construction progress meetings)Experience in client management, including preparing and meeting budgets and schedulesExperience in developing and maintaining client relationshipsProject Management including proposal preparation and design team leadershipKnowledge in municipal government practices and regulationsValid driver's licenseAutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferredStrong work ethic#J-18808-Ljbffr
