    Job Summary:


    Looking for candidates who drive to deliver completed projects with a sense of urgency and exemplify a 'whatever it takes' approach to delivering the work.

    For defined multi-site, multi state region, manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate improvement and enhancement projects including planning, design, vendor management, construction, occupancy delivery and closeout.

    Responsible for project delivery within a region of large multisite nationwide program and communicates and manages across various client business units.

    Oversees project organization, vendor management, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.

    Establishes and manages within pre-established customer deadlines as determined by the Scope of Work and ensures customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy, and communication.

    Interfaces with and leads teams of third-party contractors and vendors during all phases of the project.
    Project Manager reports to Sr. Project Manager, Associate Director and designated Client representative.
    Provides support to Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Program Director as well as designated Client representative.
    Oversees processing of various documents including contracts, bids, change orders, requests for information and contractor payment applications.

    Leads team, including third-party contractors, to make certain that design and construction takes place in a timely manner, with a minimum of disruption to the activities of the client.

    Tracks status of contractors, vendors, and suppliers to confirm that the projects are progressing per committed schedules.
    Evaluates and reports on contractor and vendor performance.
    Preparation of management reports and status reports during planning, design, manufacturing, scheduling and construction.
    Interfaces with large data sets and generates statical analysis reports and metrics.
    Organizes turnover of various project closeout documents, also tracks final punch list work to completion.

    Position Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, architecture, or a related field is required.

    Three years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, ideally in real estate and facilities where the deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processes.

    Comprehensive, diverse management skills and experience include Leadership of project teams, excellent client relations, coordination with multiple stakeholders and monitoring project budgets and schedules are also required.

    Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is desirable but not required.
    Master's degree and professional license is desirable but not required.

    Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required and experience with Microsoft Project, web-based tracking systems such as Procore, PMWeb and Prism is desirable.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are very important.
    Applicant must exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.

    $75, $105,000 per year
