    Collections Analyst

    The position is part of a fast-paced growth environment. This position is highly visible and requires a strong individual contributor with attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet daily deadlines with an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Communicating with customers via email and telephone.
    • Research billing errors and initiate corrective action.
    • Reduce past due amounts in the assigned portfolio.
    • Research any cash application errors and initiate corrective action.
    • Understanding of chargeback deductions.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Basic Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous business-to-business collections.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and follow up with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to navigate several different types of client portals and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience/Skills:
    • The candidate should be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage multiple demands. In addition, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with all levels of the organization is essential to the position.
    • Must possess strong written and verbal skills.
    • Must be courteous and professional when dealing with past-due customers.
    • Must be able to receive and follow instructions given by management and develop solutions to unique problems.
