    Job Title:

    Senior Director, Global Sales & Business Development of the Photonics Division

    Description:

    G&H is a world leader in optical designing, testing and manufacturing.

    As experts in the technology of light, G&H works with customers to provide optical systems, assemblies, and components for demanding applications.

    The company is headquartered in Ilminster, Somerset, UK, with primary operations in the USA and Europe.

    G&H is recognized for the breadth of their acousto-optic, electro-optic, crystal-optic, fiber optic, and precision optic products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the global sales team in the US, Europe, and APAC to drive top-line growth and deliver annual revenue targets.
    • Create and execute on sales plans, manage order intake, and create business development strategies.
    • Represent the Sales function to the President of the division and to the G&H Executive and Leadership teams.
    • Optimize sales channels and resources within G&H using distributors and/or representatives where appropriate.
    • Manage named accounts, opportunity funnel, and design wins.
    • Ensure coordination and collaboration between Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering for accurate forecasting and conversion to revenue as planned.

    Requirements:

    Location: Preferred Location: UK or US East Coast. Expected Travel: 50% travel.
