Key Requirements:

• Proven track record as a bicycle mechanic.
• Experience in auto mechanics also valued.
• Capability to independently follow detailed assembly guidelines with absolute precision.
• Experience with delivery vehicle operation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all customer orders are dispatched promptly.
• Read and understand manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Modify components to meet required specifications
• Maintain a high level of quality control
• Keep detailed records
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in working condition
• Report on any equipment issues or defective parts
• Pass a background and driving record check

What You'll Do:

• Assemble various components of our cargo bikes at your designated workstation, from wheel setups to cargo attachments, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to stay updated on sales trends and order priorities.
• Engage in packaging, inventory management, and occasionally assist with direct order deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting other departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in bicycle mechanics automotive experience is ok too
• Physical ability to stand, lift, twist, and reach throughout the workday; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and familiar with safety protocols.
• Proficient in English, with strong ability to communicate effectively.
